Just read that and not much more extra information than what was released by WGX. Like most who have commented, why now when we should be focusing on getting financing on Acuabe?? Why at this sahre price? Why 30%? Why do a deal that seems to benefit only WGX SH and dilute TON SH again? Why did TON agree to giving 30% equity for an unproven asset?
Sure this is still an option stage but like many here I am concerned it may have been a done deal.
Does TON have too much on its plate??
