Giving away 30% of the company for something current shareholders may not receive value from is a pretty bold move. Especially when we already have high value assets waiting to be developed.

This deal may strangle the rise we were seeing this week and hold the price back until we know what is happening with it at the end of February.

On the other hand if financing is received and an offtake signed before Feb and the price rockets to 30+ cents who is going to be happy giving away a third of the company for a third of its value?

I hope I'm wrong but I agree with an earlier poster, timing is poor for this and the price of 8.5 cents even worse.
