Great! I like this, battery materials powerhouse in the making... don't just look at 8.5, in fact 30m for lithium assets and a stream of income from royalties and revenue is a pretty good deal for ton.
As WGX is going to distribute ton shares as dividend, Ton will get immediate exposure to resources funds and drastically increase its shareholders base, critical for any stock to go from being a minor to major.
