Hi Names little , the 357m shares x 8.5 cents is approx $30 mil, so if a deal were to be done it should be
closer to Tons value per share, wasn't there a 14 cent valuation the other day? and one extra cent for luck
therefore 15 cents, total 200mil shares equals $30 mil.
