Hi Tonacious, and that would be USD. Here is TAW pricing, which is probably a bit lower than some more recent deals as it came with a prepayment commitment as well. So likely somewhere in range of USD 900. - 1000 would not be unreasonable, though how long these prices are substainable would be another point. Longer term I would be using USD700 - 800 if time frame more than 5 years. But that's just my guess.
