also with regards to wgx having some need to put a body on the BOD is another reason why I can smell dead fish? you are right, why do they need to do this?

there is more to it, with both lies, deception and why not just cut to the chase and be open and honest without all the need to pull a bag over shareholders eyes, it doesn't sit well that approach, its bad taste both professionally and a clear sign of bad character.
