I don't like it. Wrong timing altogether.
Can't believe that after all we have been through with the company poised to go through the stratosphere and the BOD does something like this to put us back in the slow lane and back into waiting mode.
The market will not like this next trading day. That 22% discount will be a killer.
Lithium has already boomed so the price needed to buy such assets has a big premium attached and here we are using shares at an irrationally depressed price relative to our peers to pay for that premium.
Doesn't add up to me. They should stick to their knitting.
