What if WGX was rerated due to this transaction?
There is one other ASX listed companies that produced roughly 90,000 oz last quarter.
OGC with a market cap of $1,700,000,000
If WGX had a market cap of $1,700,000,000 the combined entities price per share would be:
WGX shares issued = 424,130,974 plus newly issued GCY holder's 62,760,741 = 486,891,715
Current combined market cap would be 486,891,715 x 1.63 = $793,633,495
Market Cap rerate $1,700,000,000 / 486,891,715 = $3.49 per share
This would value GCY at 62,760,741 x $3.49 = $219,034,986
Wishful thinking or is there a possibility of a re-rerating?
Any thoughts welcome...
