I don't think it's over by a long shot. Yet. Apparently First Sentinel have rolled over to WGX, I suspect it's going to take a materially better offer to get the other major shareholders to do so. If the Takeovers Panel decline the WGX application, the slightly delayed FFR vote will put enormous pressure back on WGX to come back with a better offer pre vote. I see the leverage remaining with GCY, I think the Board are playing it well. They've articulated the value proposition for GCY shareholders is to stay with the FFR scheme.....it's up to WGX to trump it.... they have the means & the purpose to do so. I think this has much further to run.
