My feelings are genuinely mixed - clearly the opportunity to raise capital was heavily discounted but the times they are a changing.

The forfeit deposit on the B&P deal was disappointing but I believe that was put in place a while back, the current management are dealing with the outcomes.

What I am happy with is alignment with experienced industry partners. They are incentivised to add value and when they do, we will all benefit. I believe this is proving itself in a similar arrangement with Chemist Warehouse. Due to the dilution it will take more time to build out the value but I do feel the current management are pushing in the right direction.

In terms of those inputting to this discussion, I've seen useful, considered commentary (both positive and negative) and I've seen ill thought ramping comments (both positive and negative). More of the former please - it is more helpful for everyone to have considered views.
