Don't go rubbishing the new CEO. He inherited a cluster $%^& deal re B&P and he has to do the best possible with the shit sandwich it ended up becoming. I think the company will start to shine once they start producing and selling powder out of Corio Bay - and he's a the gun we need to make this happen, now and into the future.
The upside of all these share issues is that all the recipients have an incentive to ensure the company does well.
In the case of SPC, theres a fair whack of stock they stand to acquire/be given, it may end up giving them a crow bar to prise open the takeover door in future. Are we dancing with wolves? or is it an angel? time of course will tell.
