Think this is correct: ODFA is a company owned by organic dairy farmers. It is the sole/majority supplier to Corio Bay. If it is in administration then that probably means the dairy farmers' contracts with ODFA can be terminated. In which case WHA has lost its contracted supply of local organic milk. That means it either renegotiates with the dairy farmers (price goes up?) or buys imported organic milk (is then no longer Australian Organic).

WHA may have negotiated with the farmers in advance and this is a strategy to take ODFA out of the picture....a cunning plan well executed. Or it was surprised and this is bad news. If this was a cunning plan you would think there would be an announcement already.
