Ann: WHA Enters into JV with ODFA, page-35

Well this is certainly an awesome deal for ODFA. No money down and they get to sell a min 46m litres a year and get control over the joint venture......whoever negotiated this at ODFA is a genius.

For WHA they supply 90% of the money and control 45% of the JV......wtf.......way to go WHA great negotiating skills.

The only thing WHA gets out of it is the opportunity to buy something......given it has negligible revenues i cant see any real benefit in buying something you can't sell..

Lol this is a horrible deal for WHA .......it is going to be extremely difficult to get a capital raising away based on this announcement IMHO
