It's worth keeping in mind also that if investors don't take up their rights, or the subscription is unsuccessful and all money refunded, and then the CFDA is approved, the opportunity to buy on market at these levels will be gone. I think the pros will start mopping up at these levels regardless of whether the CR is successful or not.
