Says Settlement is on the 14th June, which means I will wait till this date to either make a B-Pay payment to take up my allocation if the share price is well >$1.25. If the share price is <$1.25, I will not subscribe.

Once the $1.25 shares are issued there is naturally a drop. Chance to do a quick "Short Sell" 48 hours the shares are issued and close the position when the new shares are issued. This happened in the 56c placement.

From now till the 14th June there will still be a lot of volatility. While at the moment the share price looks good at $1.90 however this could all change.
