    I just did some research...
    7 million adults in India have wealth above 100,000 (aprox) US$
    and of those 245,000 people are millionaires in dollars
    101 billionaires live in India
    So...not so many wealthy people as i thought, but still a fair number.

    Australia had 234,00o high net worth persons in 2016.

    Of course it really depends on marketing.
