"Within 3 months" + "around 3 month" = same shit different smell! And no! i dont think they are misrepresenting in any kind of way it is not up to them to issue the cdfa its out of their grasp so i am willing to wait patiently and it might hit you with a surprise when you sell your share and the cdfa announcement come out the next day just like what happened to me with other stock went up 30% the next day after i sold.
