Well I take the news as a positive. Nouriz have certainly proven their ability to move through the SAMR process with both their NZ brands gaining certification in a timely manner. Assume their parent company CAHG has the right relationships and clearly plenty of money if they can drop $240mil in NZ.
I wonder if Nouriz/CAHG will be partaking in the CR? Assume not or it would have been part of the announcement. Not the best vote of confidence.
