This announcement for me is just "we are doing our homework and setting things up".
That is all well and good - in fact it is critical to do that forward planning, however there are a few other milk players allocating actual capital into the market ie Synlait announced today a multiyear lactoferrin Supply agreement which will underpin an 18 million dollar investment to double production.
