Fact is API owns Priceline the franchise banner.
The actual priceline stores are all owned by independent pharmacists. Sorry ASX listed companies don't own pharmacies. Coles and Woolies tried but failed.
API make money from Priceline by charging a franchise fee and of course all Priceline franchises use API as the primary wholesaler.
I don't need to be CEO of priceline to know that. It a fact.
