Will the new Organic Milk Powder factory (the new JV) require its own CNCA, or can the group somehow piggy back into the B&P CNCA and use the 2nd of their 3 licences?
I'd be thinking the new factory will require its own CNCA, which looking at the heavily connected China influence residing within this program, may be merely a formality.
