I’m pretty sure even you can walk into any retailer around the world offer them 20 million shares in your company, offer to pay for advertising and get them to sign without any obligations or commitments to buy anything from you.

If it’s ok with you, I’d rather a more professional, experience , competent administration take control now as opposed to the amateur cowboys running the show now and making nonsensical, ridiculous binding agreements and issuing shares on a whim to try to drum up business.
