Masons sure got a fantastic result here. USD$55 million (AUD$74M) for 75%. When was the last time WHA stated the financials for B&P so shareholders can vote in an informed manner on whether or not this is in their best interests?

Again management not participating in the cap raising and again some BS excuse given as to why they are not participating but they want shareholders to dig deep - what a show of confidence by WHA management. I don’t think any WHA management/directors have ever paid for any shares

This is only partially underwritten and I wouldn’t be surprised if the raising fails
