Proforma balance shit post acquisition...
Assets, approx180M; and debt of approx100M. Seems ok. Then you see that assets include goodwill at $85m . Against my instinct, I did not sell at 2.50. I’m sticking with them. But now I’m afraid of the scenario kitty detailed above. Samr has been 2 years in waiting. Very frustrating.
