    Very interesting to note in relation to today's announcement point 3 - Shandong is a Chinese State owned enterprise . This confirms to me that CFDA/SAMR is a mere formality & it's official announcement is getting close now!!! I pose the question to everyone - Would a Chinese state enterprise enter into such an agreement with an entity such as WHA if it wasn't going to be approved for CFDA/SAMR??
