    Good luck, Panda. I'm not going to make any predictions on the SP, but an announcement of the details of the bond raising should allay some of the investor fears. Ideally the announcement should not have happened until all the details were available but because the money is coming from overseas investors (mainly China) it's processing through the Foreign Investment Review Board is taking time.
