    If the plant cost $3.5m to build...…..why the premium for the transaction?

    WHA revenue last year was only $1.5m. Hardly a position of strength to be doing M&A.

    These are not good times to be loading up with debt / dilution.

    Get the product right first, gain some market share....and only then should they talk about vertical integration.
