There are currently restrictions on selling RSH shares if you want to participate in the Capital Raising and actually get an allocation of shares and Options. Now that they have extended the closing date another 8 days, I think we will see smaller action, regardless of news flow. Remember, you have to have sellers to have buyers, and if pro-RSH holders are not selling in order to participate in the SPP, that makes a dent the market activity. Look at the tiny sell side.
