I would say NO.
if there's one thing I would give the management credit for it's their ongoing commitment to get this project running..
Obviously the hands are tired when it comes to funding.
I think they're probably as desperate for good news as we are as they know they have to release a quarterly and I don't think it will look too good financially at this stage unless they have a few tricks up their sleeve..
Still hoping for a good outcome although hope is about the only thing we have at the moment..
