There was a difference in the debt wording when comparing the presentation (ann dated 16-04-2024) and the quarterly (ann dated 29-04-2024):
Presentation == "Advanced discussions and nonbinding terms sheet with traders, ME funds & PE groups"
Quarterly ==
"Anax is also pleased to have received non-binding debt-funding proposals for the Project from both commodity traders and mining funds. Technical due diligence by these groups is being undertaken.
The Company has also been approached by overseas vertically integrated manufacturers interested in providing Project funding in return for securing concentrates and cathode offtake."
