Ann: Whim Creek Project Resources Update, page-3

The back to back resource updates for Sulphur Springs and Whim Creek seems like a stock take exercise. If we read them together with the recent THREE broker reports from Euroz / Canaccord and IIR, the consensus base case value is 4 cents a share. Sounds like VXR is telling the market, we have this and this and brokers are saying it is worth this. Any takers will have to pay close to this. Doesn't seem like they are going to mine - no credible MD with actual mining experience, no news on off take or financing. Looks very likely it is a sale or takeover. Perhaps an all scrip deal from NST or IGO or SFR or some Canadian company at around 3 cents? Given the strong share price of these companies, $100 Million scrip deal is kinda peanuts.
