Technically you are not correct. But it is wise for people to not just jump on the bandwagon without research. Your post hopefully makes someone stop and think a bit before commiting.
In saying that, I jumped on board due to the land they hold and personally believe it is worth risk. There have been quite a few maps posted of the geology and tenement locations relating to this. Pretty well summarised earlier by @Bigsky but equally well by others.

Normally I am extremely wary of 'nearology'. But this is one of those times that it seems right. This is as close as you can get imo. And it SEEMS to be even more beneficial for the nearology play than the actual find!
Whilst talk of $1 is fancifull to say the least (and thats being polite). Have another close look please at the geology and location of DEG's find in relation to VXR land and let me know what you think.
If it comes off there will be a few bags in it at least but I wouldn't be putting the house on it just yet.
