Good to have the funding available, but not a fan of convertible notes when share price wallows as it can be very dilutionary (seen other juniors decimated by similar deals). Here's hoping for some positive results from drilling over the next 6 months that sends the share price soaring and conversion to shares occurs at a higher share price...
