This is great news, the discount on the conversion of 20% is very reasonable and no more then a typical placement for juniors in a tough market. Excellent result where many others are failing to find funding. Presentation was also encouraging. Expect this will re rate and will reward the patient investor. Backed by Hartleys means it has friends and an audience. Good long term hold
