Hi Artic, i have a couple of stocks with dual listing on the OTC so while definitely not an expert what i have observed is - the prices of the stock on each market ‘should’ be but are not necessarily directly linked, essentially two different markets of purchasers able to purchase from the same pile of stock. Dual listing does however open the stock up to a ‘much’ larger pool of prospective investors (increasing potential demand - good). While not directly linked, movement in price for one can be a bit of a lead indicator of the next trading session on the other (I always check what happened on the OTC market the night before to get a sense of what might happen on ASX today etc). Also interesting watching the different ‘local’ dynamics play into purchasing, eg interest rates / policy changes / market conditions in the US that impact confidence can affect the OTC price but not necessarily the ASX. In a nutshell two seperate markets with local investors determining pricing on each market, but very linked movement because both markets perceive shifts in value of the stock in a similar way, likewise if demand (and hence price) spikes on one market, very likely the other will follow)
