Very interesting, I have to be honest I thought Piramal was just a passive investor, didn't realise they have fully owned subsidiaries in the finance sector. Definitely could be an option to take over the business if they think the value is there, they've shown they're here to play with the significance of a 16% stake. To be honest this theory might have legs with the accumulation we are seeing, whoever thought there was value at $1.20 still sees it at $2.65, to me that might signal the buyers are coming from a place of more than a hunch. Perhaps someone(s) are privy to knowledge of an expected takeover by Piramal. Hopefully it does happen when the business is a little further down the road so we can get the best bang for buck, if we were taken over at $4-6 this year it could prove a little disappointing as to the true potential!
