Well, you assume wrong. Not that it is any of your business. The current winder should have been specced as a double drum rather than single to service the fourth shaft compartment which is currently unused with a spare cage chaired at the brace. Regardless of all that a second shift and seven day week would be sufficient to feed the mill and provide for development, maintenance etc IF there was SUFFICIENT ECONOMICAL ore available.
