    My guess is a listing in North America is being considered. 50M shares is a tight structure for a TSX-V listed company, 500M is extremely bloated, even 250M is a large number for this early stage considering they will likely need to issue some shares in the future even if they hit gold early. This is being positioned for a big run is my thought.
