    Why would issuing free options with an expiry of 3 months and a conversion price of 12c cause the SP to drop, Or have I missed something here? The options will fail and no-one will lose anything. The ords have to exceed 12c to give any value to the options. Best fortune to you.
    Issuing the loyalty options is akin to paying the Registry to make an advertisement.
