I can't help but think this is not how you go about things, if the raising/notes issue falls apart they could be in receivership. They'd be very low on cash atm. As usual no information about head grade or recoveries.
7-9t/hr for 1700t. That is not really commissioning more like a few weeks of running. You'd expect some gold to cover the costs.
