    History of the plant is that it cannot do volume of tonnage without breaking down...

    Others have modified and upgraded nearly every aspect of the plant to no avail...So even if WRM had the tonnage with grades the plant would not be able to make a profit...

    Lose-lose which ever way you look at the operations..
