Got to hope the WRM board knows more about this deal than is currently being disclosed. Seems on the surface like it's a neither here nor there transaction, that is, a transaction merely for the sake of it. So why bother? It certainly hasn't inspired the market and those that bought in earlier this week at a price in the $0.60's wouldn't be feeling great right about now!
