the same market that jacked it from .008c to 1.4c.? .. nah me thinks youre looking for a villian but its not that kind of movie. if they were trying to hood wink retail they would have raise sub 1c knowing what was on the cards as these deals take months to nut out.
they need cash for buyout and rapid expansion. 6 mill is a drop in the ocean for the expected wizard revenue.
