    The delayed settlement terms will cost us an extra $2 million+ ( 40% of earnings till 31st March). We have raised $5 million but paying only $1.2 million to PLX now. They could have paid the entire cash component now and raised our holding to at least 80%. The cost of the wells and other development work is already funded through earlier capital raising.
