It's a bad start with whoever it was that wrote the report not expressing clearly if 'monetisation' has occurred or is yet to occurr.
Was it just bad writing or were they deliberately trying to obfuscate the exact position?
Whichever it is it does cause a loss of trust regarding their reporting veracity and the market is acting accordingly with the share price falling.
