The placement is at a higher price than the recent Capital Raising with no free option and no need for underwriting fees .
However the good result from the Wizard well and the recent increase in the POO has imo increased the value of the business since the CR , even if it is not yet reflected in the SP.
Seems fair to me , doubt if WBE could get capital at that price anywhere else .
