Good point. I envisaged mainly removal of tariffs on US products and commitment to buy US products. As long as Trump see's them bend the knee and kiss the ring, he shall be fabourable upon thee.
I would hesitate to say Trump knew the effect on the markets and will be getting advised by the plunge protection team.
