Good stuff crew.
Keep in mind it's a credit facility meaning they can draw up to the agreed amount. It's not a "fixed" loan. They only pay interest on what has been drawn from the facility. Ultimately, this improves liquidity and provides the company with greater control over debt sizing, repayments and capital management etc.
