Over multiple failures of trading small caps, the best lesson I learnt when I couldnt decide to sell or hold on was to do both. Take some off the table (30-50%) and leave it alone. The next time it runs hard, you won't worry about selling as you already taken back what you put in. If it does fall, then you'll still be happy that you sold some to take profit.
I sold a small holding today @ 15c. I now hope it runs... or falls so i can buy more...
The signs are definitely pointing up though..
