I bought 40% more today. Now quite a large position.
I really do think on a cash flow basis the stock is great value and that value has been created by mismanagement. From the pre cap raise crash, to the price paid, to the production downgrade and to the disdain shown to shareholders. Add to that probably tax loss selling to exacerbate the weakness.
What’s next? Unless there’s left field events yet to unfold I reckon most of the badness is behind us. Production back on, June 30 end of tax year, dividend announcement in July, and cash flow gushing in. I’d like to have bought this last lot 10c cheaper but the bounce off that is encouraging.
